Norwood Crossing, a leader in Elder Care is seeking an experienced, innovative, and creative person to join our Admissions department. This position works with the team on all census development related marketing and sales for all areas of our beautiful campus, including the new Assisted Living and Memory Support areas. This key position on the team will be responsible for professionally handling every detail throughout the process, including follow-up contact, tours and contract signing, the administrative responsibilities of the admissions and marketing department, and reports directly to the Director of Admissions. The ideal candidate is detail-orientated, has proven success with individual and community referrals while being compassionate and caring with families and potential residents through the admissions process. Weekend and evening availability necessary and specific experience with Admissions, Sales, and/or Marketing in the eldercare field preferred. Must have expert administrative skills, superior customer service skills, and be a self-motivated driven professional in every situation.
