A Wayne County based Provider agency is looking for an ASSISTANT HOME MANAGER at one of our Wayne County locations.
-2 years + experience as a DCW required.
- Some experience as Manager or Assistant Manager is strongly recommended.
- Competitive Pay.
- Daytime hours: Monday Friday, but may require occasional evenings/weekends as needed.
- CLS and MORC or other DMH training required.
- Must have valid drivers license.
- Must have reliable and insured transportation.
- Must have High School Diploma or GED.
– Some college preferred.

JOB DETAILS: Create and manage schedules, transportation, implement personal plans, teach, train, support and encourage persons served to be as independent as possible, manage persons served financial records, community integration, complete required paperwork and meet all deadlines, employee evaluations, maintain personnel files, medication administration, run all required emergency drills, report unusual incidents, act as persons served advocate, serve as liaison between parents, guardians, funding agencies, and all other stakeholders, monitor employees work performance and conduct, trains new staff, and other duties as assigned.
