Strong CSR skills along with knowledge of medical claims billing/coding to
assist support team by providing technical support via phone or emal to
healthcare entities who use our Client’s proprietry software products and applications.
MUST have
(1) Minimum high school diploma,
(2) CPC or RMC certification (or ability to
become cetified within 6 months of hire date)
(3) Strong knowledge of Medical Billing and Insurance Regulations
(4) Strong knowledge of Medical front office procedures
(5) MUST have 2 years prior e xperience coding/billing and
front office procedures in medical facility.
