Only experienced medical assistants need apply, with no less than 2 years back office hands on experience. Front office experience a bonus.
Fast paced pediatric office seeking a very fast paced individual.
Must be very experienced in injections and vaccination guidelines.
Must be thorough and organized, yet able to follow direction.
Must be self-motivated, a quick learner and task oriented with great follow-up skills.
Excellent communication skills, professionalism and great attitude required.
Being a team player, having excellent phone etiquette, insurance company knowledge, with the capability of high productivity are all required skills.
Insurance authorization knowledge a must.
Additional important needed skills are: good spelling, penmanship and grammar skills, good charting skills, computer knowledge, knowledge of common pediatric medications with the capability of taking accurate vitals.
