A fast paced Orthopedic practice with locations in Brooklyn, Queens and New Jersey is now hiring for the following positions:

Medical and Office Assistant

The ideal candidate will be someone who is very organized, sharp, detail oriented and doesn’t miss a beat. As the medical assistant, you will be responsible for bringing patients into the exam rooms, pulling up the patient’s chart on the computer, and directing backend patient flow. During the slower hours of the day and non patient hours, you will be performing various office duties as directed by the Surgeons and Executive Director. You must be available to work until 8 pm on Mondays and possibly Thursdays. Brooklyn Office, with possible Queens coverage if needed.

Front Desk receptionist

Will be responsible for fast paced, high call volume front desk position in the Brooklyn office. Must be flex to work various hours, Will also be responsible for general office duties as needed. This person will be cross trained in all aspects of the business to fill in and/or help out where needed.

All applicants must meet the following requirements before applying:

- 1 year medical receptionist experience in an office setting (Orthopedics strong plus)

- Good command of the English language – both written and oral

- Upbeat, high energy person who will thrive in a fast paced office

- Ability to multitask and jump in wherever needed

- Excellent phone skills required as every position will require interfacing with patients

- Some college preferred (BA/BS strong plus)

- Must be able to start immediately

- Bilingual a plus
