MEDICAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (Naperville)

We are a state of the art GASTROENTEROLGY PRACTICE with several physicians, looking for the following:

MEDICAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT FT position. Experience preferred, but will train the right people. Must be a quick learner, detail minded, able to multi-task, and works well under pressure. STRONG customer service skills are a MUST!! Centricity EMR experience is preferred.

MEDICAL TECHS – MAs and CNAs welcome. Needed to assist our physicians in procedures. Must work well under pressure and be detail minded. Endosoft experience and scope cleaning procedures/experience a plus.

MEDICAL RECORDS SCANNER – will train. APPLICANTS MUST BE TEAM PLAYERS!!

OFFICE FINANCIAL CHECK IN person- FT must be detail minded and customer service focused

Gastroenterolgy Office RN needed, must have GI office enperience. PT hours
