POSITION OVERVIEW
Immediate need for Nurse Practitioners and or Physician Assistants for House Calls to provide in the home, onsite, one on one, medical care to limited mobility patients throughout the Chicago, Illinois area.. Very Competitive pay and flexible schedule.

REQUIREMENTS
· Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
· Active Illinois License
