Physical Therapy Assistant for Home Health (Chicago, IL)

HealthCare Staffing, Inc. is looking for a PTA who can do home health visits in the city of Chicago. We are open to any geographic areas of the city: north side, south side, west side, or Loop. This position can be part time or full time. This is a great option for anyone looking to pick up extra work or for someone who doesn’t want to be stuck in a facility all day. We do have a Physical Therapist that can do the evaluations and supervisory visits per Medicare guidelines. Applicant must have Illinois PTA license, drivers license, auto insurance, TB/immunization records, physical, and current CPR card (must be from an actual class, not an online certification).
