Looking for intelligent, outgoing, warm and happy person with an interest in plastic surgery, skin care, and aesthetics for a full-time position.
Medical assistant will serve as liaison between physician and patients. Efficiently perform front/back office duties, including greeting patients, answering the phone and directing calls, scheduling/coordinating patient appointments and surgeries, greeting patients, preparing/updating charts via an electronic medical record system, operating POS software, filing insurance claims with collection agency, mailing appropriate materials to patients, and sale of skin care products. Assistant will also need to keep abreast the latest trends in skin care products.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Must be fluent in both English and Mandarin. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to work effectively on multiple tasks and as part of a team. Must be well organized, a quick learner, and comfortable with computers.
