The Personal / Executive Assistant will be responsible for maintaining the efficiency of the CEO, and for the smooth and seamless operation of the CEO?s busy office for a small strategic marketing consultancy. (S)he will interface with all levels within the company team, global clients and members of the various Boards on which the CEO serves.  The individual will also have general responsibility for assisting team members on an as-needed basis, under the direction of the CEO and the Partner/Director of Operations.</p>
<p>POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES<br />

?	Schedule appointments and maintain extensive social and business calendar of client meetings,  conference calls, restaurant reservations, entertainment events, gallery openings, personal and health training sessions, and vacation plans<br />
<br />
?	Coordinate all international and domestic travel: air, hotel, ground; and, prepare detailed itineraries which almost always include last minute changes<br />
<br />
?	Maintain calendar including short- and long-term planning (business and personal) including travel, meetings and conferences, birthdays, doctor appointments, etc.<br />
<br />
?	Maintain contact database, contact group lists, holiday card list, including real time updates<br />
<br />
?	Monitor telephone calls; handle and route effectively; maintain daily call sheet<br />
<br />
?	Filter all of incoming email / fax / phone / voicemail correspondence and communications; handle overnight FedEx packaging requirements when necessary<br />

?	Prepare T&#038;E submissions; reconcile against statements and receipts<br />

The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support for the Tikvah School, working with the director, teachers, parents and pupils to facilitate the smooth running of the school.  In order to be considered, candidates must have high level of Russian and English language skills.</p>
<p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p>
<p>•	Answer parents’ questions about their children’s placements and schedules, check registration paperwork, answer questions about payments, assist teachers with unexpected needs, work with facilities for unexpected requests.<br />
<br />
•	Create class rosters. Handle all room requests for Tikvah and keep track of changes as needed.<br />
<br />
•	Explain and facilitate payment systems, rules and regulations.<br />
<br />
•	Return phone calls.<br />
<br />
•	Prepare marketing flyers for Tikvah.<br />
<br />
•	Prepare written schedules of classes, with times, rooms and teachers.<br />
<br />
•	Help with the planning and preparation of holiday celebrations and concerts.<br />
<br />
•	Maintain programs on the JCCSF website. Maintain contact with the marketing department.<br />
<br />
•	Write and mail communications to parents, as needed.<br />
<br />
•	Other duties as needed.</p>
<p>REQUIREMENTS:</p>
<p>•	Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.<br />
<br />
•	Clerical, bookkeeping and organizational skills.<br />
<br />
•	Bi-lingual Russian/English with good English writing skills.<br />
<br />
•	Customer service skills. Ability to work with adults and children.<br />
<br />
•	Ability to work on a team, in a school and office setting.</p>
<p>This position is 12 hours/week.<br />

Required schedule:<br />

Saturdays: 9 – 2.<br />

Mondays: 10:30 – 2:00<br />

Sports Basement Presidio is looking for a high-energy, self-starter to join our marketing team.  This part-time position provides the opportunity to learn in the fast-paced world of retail marketing and gain valuable professional skills while working for a fun, unique company.&#60;br&#62;

Duties include:&#60;br&#62;
-  Primary host for in-store events and programs&#60;br&#62;
-  Staff major field events and race expos&#60;br&#62;
-  Data entry&#60;br&#62;
-  Provide general support for the marketing team &#60;br&#62;
-  Work weekday evenings and at least one weekend day per week&#60;br&#62;
-  In-store tasks, including working the sales floor, to learn all aspects of marketing in a retail environment&#60;br&#62;
-  20-30hrs/wk depending on scheduled events&#60;br&#62;
&#60;br&#62;
Requirements:&#60;br&#62;

• Process sales orders.&#60;br&#62;
• Coordinate Vendor activities.  &#60;br&#62;
• Research and assist in projects as needed&#60;br&#62;

The ideal candidate will have:  &#60;br&#62;
• A minimum of two years administrative experience. &#60;br&#62;
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook. &#60;br&#62;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills &#60;br&#62;
• Articulate and good phone presence.&#60;br&#62;
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks, an understanding of order processing. &#60;br&#62;
• Excellent follow-through skills and attention to detail.&#60;br&#62;
• Extremely organized&#60;br&#62;
• Ability to multitask, set and re-adjust priorities. &#60;br&#62;
• Problem-solving skills. &#60;br&#62;
